The first few months of the British Invasion were thoroughly dominated by the Beatles. A good number of groups joined the fray by April, but the Beatles still ruled, and would continue to do so, for their entire career, even when the Invasion itself died down.
This show focuses on the Spring and Summer of 1964, when for the first time in American history, virtually anything British was perceived as hip and cool.
